The 1-cavity large silicone sealant bottle mold is tailor-made for large-capacity silicone sealant bottles, serving as a core featured product developed by our company for special sealant packaging scenarios. Adopting an exclusive 1-cavity large-size design, the mold’s cavity depth and width are precisely adapted to the structure of large-capacity bottle bodies. Combined with fluid simulation technology to optimize the material filling path, it ensures uniform diffusion and full filling of plastic melt inside the cavity, fundamentally avoiding common molding defects such as under-filling, air bubbles and shrinkage marks, and guaranteeing the molding precision and appearance quality of each product. The cavity and core are processed with high-wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, boasting excellent weather resistance and adaptability, which can be compatible with the Injection Molding needs of various common plastic materials such as PP and PE. The mold clamping surface is treated with high-precision fitting technology, achieving outstanding sealing performance in the industry, completely eliminating material overflow and flash during injection molding, and reducing material waste and subsequent trimming processes. Addressing the pain points of difficult demolding and easy deformation of large-capacity bottle bodies, the mold is exclusively equipped with a hydraulic ejection system. The ejection force is uniform and controllable, stably pushing the bottle body to complete demolding, effectively preventing bottle stretching and deformation, and ensuring the qualified rate of finished products.

Design Features: The mold cavity is integrally processed with imported S136 stainless steel. The cooling system adopts a circumferential waterway design, closely fitting the three-dimensional structure of the bottom cover. The clamping mechanism is equipped with high-precision positioning pins to ensure accurate positioning of mold opening and closing.
