The gating system features a submarine gate design, where the gate is hidden on the inner surface of the cap. This not only maintains the cap’s external aesthetic appearance but also prevents any gate marks from interfering with the cap’s functionality, such as the sealing surface or the pressure button operation. The non-slip texture on the cap’s surface is precisely molded using textured cavity inserts, which are created using a chemical etching process.
